Welcome to QuickDrop! By downloading or using this app, you agree to these Terms and

Conditions.

1. Overview

QuickDrop is a mobile application that connects users with restaurants and delivery partners for

food delivery services. The app requires registration using your name, email, phone number,

and password to create an account.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

All payments are made via Cash on Delivery. QuickDrop does not process or store online

payments. Any payment, refund, or delivery dispute should be resolved directly with the

restaurant or delivery partner.

3. User Responsibilities

● Provide accurate and current account details (name, phone, email, etc.).

● Maintain confidentiality of your password and account.

● Use the app only for lawful purposes and not for fraudulent activities.

● Ensure availability to receive the delivery once an order is placed.

4. Limitation of Liability

QuickDrop acts solely as a technology platform. We are not responsible for:

● Quality of food provided by restaurants.

● Delays, cancellations, or issues caused by third-party delivery partners.

● Disputes related to payments, refunds, or food orders.

5. Third-Party Services

The app integrates Google Maps API for location features. Usage of Google Maps is governed

by Google’s own Terms and Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts found violating these terms or

misusing the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you agree to

the updated terms.
